The Work of the Automobile Dealership Consortia
The Consortia are service companies exclusively owned by Dealerships.
The Consortia’s main activity focuses on the development
of sales of Original Spare Parts by Associated Dealerships to
Affiliated Repair and Auto Body Shops.
Services Developed
Each Consortium provides services for Repair and Auto Body Shops
that belong to a closed network. Affiliated Repair and Auto Body
Shops have the right to all services provided.
These services are:
1. Logistics: Original
Spare Parts are delivered to all Affiliated Repair and Auto Body
Shops once or twice daily, based on pre-arranged scheduling;
2. Single Payment Plan: Each Affiliated Repair and Auto Body Shop receives a monthly statement
of Original Spare Parts purchased from Dealerships, which are
combined on a single bill;
3. Sales: The support
of sales personnel within such a dynamic organizational structure
is indispensable when it comes to solving problems and improving
communication, which is fundamental for the consolidation of the
daily relationship and mutual trust between Affiliated Repair
and Auto Body Shops and Dealerships;
4. Marketing: Publication
of the monthly magazine AsConAuto
Informa, which is distributed free of charge to all affiliates.
It offers information on specifically studied commercial opportunities.
Also available through www.asconauto.it is the possibility to create mini-websites for Affiliated
Repair and Auto Body Shops and mini-markets for the buying and
selling of materials and equipment;
5. Stock: A special
and privileged relationship between Dealerships’ stock personnel
and Affiliated Repair and Auto Body Shops which focuses on the
continuous improvement of commercial and technical relations.
For member Dealerships of the Consortium, affiliated auto-repair
people are first and foremost partners and friends with whom work
and territorial capillarity are shared.
